Senior People Partner – Manufacturing Site Leader

Greencore is seeking an experienced operational People leader to join us as Lead People Partner at the Atherstone site. You’ll partner with operational leaders to deliver the site’s people priorities and support an engaged, capable and high-performing workforce.

Based in Atherstone, this permanent, site-based role runs Monday to Friday with occasional late-night and weekend support to keep the operation running smoothly.
