Halfords is seeking a senior Change Manager to lead the change agenda across its major transformation portfolio, collaborating with Retail, Autocentres, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Digital, Data and Technology.
You will lead an established change team, build readiness, manage adoption risk and ensure benefits are realised and sustained, with hybrid working from the Support Centre three days a week.
