Head of Public Sector Procurement & Strategy

Lampton Group is seeking a Head of Procurement to shape and lead the organisation’s procurement strategy and governance. You will drive value for money, risk management and supplier performance across a multi‑arm operation, reporting to senior leadership.

You will oversee complex procurements, develop capabilities, and ensure adherence to the Procurement Act 2023 and the PCR 2015 framework. Hybrid working is offered with strategic supplier engagement across the region.
