Manufacturing Engineering Manager – Turbine Aerofoils

AVA Energy is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Engineering Manager for turbine aerofoil production across a European supplier network. You will drive yield improvements and cost reductions while coordinating activity across multiple sites in the UK, Italy and Hungary.

The role requires hands-on aerofoil manufacturing experience, strong supplier and project management skills, and the ability to work across a matrix of sites and stakeholders.
