Head of Year – Pastoral & Student Growth Leader

Westminster Academy is seeking a Head of Year (Non-Teaching) to oversee the wellbeing, attendance and progress of a year group, while leading the pastoral team to sustain high standards across the year group.

The successful candidate will be calm, solution-focused with excellent interpersonal skills, and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, helping pupils grow in confidence and resilience.
