Strategic Legal Counsel – M&A & Commercial Contracts

Our client in the UK is recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel to join the UK head office and be part of the global legal, compliance and secretarial team. The role focuses on pragmatic corporate and commercial advice with exposure to M&A and strategic transactions, while supporting multi-disciplinary business objectives.

The successful candidate will lead on complex contracts, tenders, and process improvements, and will mentor junior colleagues within the L&S team, across the UK and internationally.
