Planning Solicitor – Local Government Development & S106

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor to join a Lancashire-based local authority client on an initial 6-month contract with a view to extension. The role requires substantial recent local government experience across all aspects of planning advice, including s106 drafting and committee support.

The successful candidate will handle planning enforcement and provide general planning-related advice, with hybrid attendance at committee possible.
