Hybrid In-House Legal Counsel, Energy & Infrastructure

Aurora Utilities is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in-house team in the City of London. This role covers commercial, corporate, regulatory and governance matters, providing practical legal support to diverse teams and senior stakeholders across the business.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, support corporate transactions and governance, help with data protection, and develop templates and guidance to enable rapid, pragmatic decision-making in a fast-growing energy infrastructure
