Residential Site Manager: Lead Safe, On‑Time Home Builds

Vistry Group PLC in the South East region is recruiting a Site Manager for our Ottershaw residential development. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, lead site teams and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed to programme, quality and safety standards.

You will drive health and safety excellence, manage resources and maintain build programs, coordinating with Technical, Commercial, Sales and Customer Care functions to deliver homes on time.
