Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement (FE)

Reaseheath College and University Centre seeks a Director of Quality to lead strategic quality improvement across its Further Education provision. You will drive assurance, performance and learner outcomes, working with senior leaders, curriculum teams and support functions to embed evidence-informed improvement.

You will manage the Quality Assurance Team, translate data into action, and ensure a culture of continuous enhancement with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.
