Residential Technical Survey & QA Lead

Trident Group is recruiting for a Building Surveyor/Clerk of Works to provide technical surveying, oversee repairs, and ensure quality across projects in the Midlands. The role covers voids, refurbishments, and minor works with a focus on safety, standards, and contract compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant Building Surveying or property discipline qualification and has experience in inspecting residential properties, diagnosing defects, and producing technical reports.
