Global Finance Controller & Scale Architect

SYOS Aerospace is seeking a senior finance leader to build and lead the global finance function from the ground up in Fareham, UK, reporting to the CFO. The role covers financial control, accounting, reporting, audits, and systems across multiple entities and currencies.

You’ll grow a small finance team, implement scalable processes, and drive management accounting, KPI development and controls as the company prepares for IPO ambitions. UK security clearance eligibility is required.
