Charity Shop Manager – Flexible, Impactful Role at Hospice

Queenscourt Hospice is seeking a proactive Charity Shop Manager to lead day-to-day shop operations, reporting to the Area Retail Manager. The role requires flexibility to work across 7 days and may involve rotations to other Queenscourt shops to support fundraising.

You will promote a positive image of the shop and charity, liaise with the stock distributor, lottery and retail team, and support the fundraising team.
