Commercial Banking & Finance Lawyer — Lead Lending Transactions

The Stephen James Partnership is seeking a Banking & Finance lawyer for a six-month contract with a global financial institution. The role embeds the lawyer in the deal process, from term sheet to execution, working closely with front-office teams on UK corporate lending transactions.
