Junior In-House Counsel — Energy Projects & M&A

Hydrogen Group partners with an international energy business to recruit a Legal Counsel into their growing in-house team in the United Kingdom. You will report to the Group General Counsel and work on cross-border projects and major commercial matters.

This junior corporate/energy lawyer will gain exposure to M&A, joint ventures, governance and advising diverse stakeholders, with opportunities to lead drafting and liaise with external advisers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
