In-House Property Lawyer – Local Government (Hybrid)

Rochdale Borough Council seeks an experienced property lawyer to join the Rochdale Legal Team for in-house support on a broad range of property matters. You will manage conveyancing, planning, highways, footpath, academy conversions and commercial property work linked to major regeneration schemes within the Borough.

The role requires excellent negotiation of legal points, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work proactively within a busy team.
