Senior Leveraged Finance Lawyer — Flexible/Remote

Addleshaw Goddard seeks consultants to join its Leveraged Finance team in London. You will work on a broad range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, advising banks, debt funds, direct lenders, PE sponsors and portfolio companies.

Ideally, you’ll have recent private practice experience. You’ll play a key role in complex mid-market financings, including unitranche, first-out/second-out, second lien and super senior structures, while collaborating closely with AG’s Private Equity
