• Execute the TA strategy and determine the approach to new requisitions
• Deliver a quick, effective, and engaging recruitment process

Requirements

• Polish-speaking recruitment professional
• Experience in an in-house, embedded or RPO environment
• Experience managing recruitment roles from start to finish
• Exceptional time management, planning, prioritising, follow-through, and process control skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and innovative ways of working
• Comfortable analysing data and reports to gain insights and improve continuously
• Near-native fluency in Polish
• Ideally, experience hiring specifically into Poland
