Area Operations Lead, Mail Centre

Royal Mail is hiring a Work Area Manager in Medway MC, Rochester. You will lead a busy mail centre area, manage a team of staff, and drive performance and service standards. The role requires shift patterns of 41 hours per week with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

You will champion safety, monitor attendance and development, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while supporting the Shift Manager to meet operational targets.
