Community Housing Officer: Tenancy & Neighbourhood Support

Platform Housing Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to be based in Birmingham. The role covers Erdington, Pype Hayes and Sutton Coldfield, visiting residents, advising on tenancies and promoting sustainable communities.

You will inspect estates, address anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns and tenancy issues, while building strong links with local partners and maintaining accurate records for service delivery and compliance.
