Warehouse First-Line Manager: Lead Team to Excellence

GXO Logistics is hiring a Warehouse First Line Manager for our B&Q operation in Branston. You will lead a team to achieve operational targets, maintain safety standards and deliver excellent service.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30 shift, with a salary of £34,361 per year plus 25 days of annual leave and a company pension. We emphasise development and internal promotions.
