Global HSE Leader – ISO 45001 & Risk (Edinburgh)

Senior Health & Safety Manager role with a leading international insurer, based in Edinburgh on a hybrid model (3 days in the office). You will strengthen operational risk and resilience by embedding H&S standards across international offices and driving the H&S Management System, ISO 45001/45003 and governance.

Responsibilities include incident management, audits, training, policy development, and global rollout of H&S initiatives, with a focus on staff wellbeing and risk governance.
