Senior IT Engineer: Lead IT Infrastructure & Support

New City College is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to maintain and evolve our IT infrastructure across Havering Campuses. You will lead complex incident resolution, mentor junior staff, and own day-to-day operational support with hands-on system administration.

You will work on networks, servers, end-user devices, and Microsoft 365, providing guidance and driving projects while ensuring high service quality in a busy college environment.
