Finance Associate: Lead Principal Finance Deals (Flexible)

QED Legal is recruiting a Finance Associate in Manchester for 1–4 PQE within an international firm. The team handles corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance with international work routed through the firm’s overseas network.

You will draft and lead the negotiation of principal finance documents and contribute to transaction management and business development as you grow your client base.
