Mental Health Activities Coordinator

South West London & St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking an Activity Coordinator who is friendly, approachable and motivated to support patient care through therapeutic activities. You will work with the ward Occupational Therapist and the multidisciplinary team to deliver creative and social activities on the ward or in community settings.

The role involves planning, providing and evaluating activities, promoting participation, and maintaining records.
