Registered Nurse Unit Manager – Elder Care Home

Bupa’s Erksine Hall Care Home in Northwood is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager. You will lead a care team on 36 hours per week across 8am–8pm shifts, ensuring high standards of resident care and safety.

You will be a Registered Nurse with an NMC pin, guiding clinical care, mentoring staff, and building strong relationships with residents, families and local partners to promote independence and dignity.
