Care Home Shift Lead – Senior Team Leader

SMB Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Shift Lead to join our care home team in Warmley. You will supervise care staff, coordinate shifts and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans.

The role requires QCF qualifications, strong leadership and a commitment to dignity, privacy and safety of residents. You will report to the Home Manager and support the Head of Care when needed.
