NaturalMotion Games is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the UX and UI vision for a mobile live-service title. You will manage a design team and shepherd the process from early wireframes to final Unreal Engine implementation, ensuring the interface is accessible, visually stunning and aligned with core gameplay pillars.
You will mentor designers, collaborate with Art Directors and Product Managers, and champion scalable UX design systems based on data and testing across live operations.
