Resident Liaison – Community Homes & Regeneration

United Infrastructure is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to support social housing improvement works across East London and Essex. You will be the visible, approachable point of contact for residents, explaining works, coordinating appointments and keeping residents informed as projects progress.

The role blends home visits, on-site time and administration, aiming to deliver a positive resident experience while working with site teams, subcontractors and clients to resolve concerns.
