Managing QS | Hybrid, Path to Commercial Manager

Intersect Global Ltd is recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead a £30M workstream within civil engineering & utilities. The role reports to the Commercial Manager and manages a team of five QSs, with a clear path to Commercial Manager within roughly 12 months.

The position focuses on NEC-based projects, commercial control, cost reporting, and developing commercial processes in a growing Tier 1 contractor environment. Hybrid working is encouraged.
