Quartzelec is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead a team of ~35 in our Midlands workshop, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You will drive on-time delivery, improve processes, and manage costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will develop your team, monitor KPIs, and implement cost-saving initiatives in a fast-paced engineering environment focused on rotating machinery repair and maintenance.
