Vale Base Metals is seeking a Production Manager for the Clydach Nickel Refinery in Wales. You will lead the Production department, focusing on safe, reliable plant operation and delivery of production targets within a COMAH environment.

You will drive safety leadership, asset care, and a culture of continuous improvement while developing the team and managing cross-functional interfaces with regulators, customers and partners to maximise value.
