Electrical Maintenance Engineer — 4on/4off, Relocation

PepsiCo Leicester is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly on Walkers production lines. You will perform maintenance, drive safety and quality, and support continuous improvement using PDCA cycles.

You’ll work on a continental 4-on/4-off rotation with 42 hours on average, including nights (12-hour shifts). The role requires hands-on experience, strong electro-mechanical knowledge, CMMS/SCADA familiarity, and a commitment to 5S standards.
