Food Manufacturing Ops Lead – Drive Change & Performance

The Sterling Choice is recruiting a Manufacturing Manager for a major food manufacturing site in Warwickshire. You will own a substantial part of the factory, leading people, safety, quality and delivery, with a strong focus on improving performance and cost control.

You’ll drive projects to install new equipment and challenge established ways of working, spending time on the shop floor to develop your team and work closely with Engineering, Technical and Supply Chain to exceed site KPIs.
