Engineering Manager – Plant Reliability & Safety

Consortium Professional Recruitment are representing a client seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a four-engineer team in a busy plant environment. You will own engineering performance, drive safe, reliable and efficient operations, balancing hands-on work with people leadership.

The role focuses on proactive and reactive maintenance, accurate PPM scheduling, and compliance with HSE, EA, LOLER and Permits to Work, while working with contractors and stakeholders to minimise downtime.
