Quality Engineer – 4-Day Week, Continuous Improvement

Siamo Group Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Quality Engineer to maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management Systems and product quality across engineering, manufacturing and operations teams.

You will work with suppliers and customers to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and ISO/IATF standards while driving audits, data analysis and corrective actions. The permanent role offers a 39-hour week over four days. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential.
