Remote IP Counsel: Litigation & Enforcement

Insight Select is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Counsel – Litigation & Enforcement to join its expanding legal team on a permanent basis. The role focusses on global IP investigations, enforcement and cross-jurisdictional litigation support.

You will provide day-to-day advice, assess matters for escalation, manage evidence collection, liaise with authorities, support external counsel, and help develop playbooks and templates for compliance while handling multiple matters.
