Education Compliance Officer – Safeguarding & Vetting

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Compliance Officer for our busy education recruitment office in Southampton. You will conduct documentation, safeguarding and vetting checks for Teachers, Tutors and Support Staff across the region, ensuring branch compliance with legislation and company policies.

The role focuses on safeguarding, right-to-work checks, DBS and reference verification, and reporting to the Head of Compliance & Safeguarding.
