What you ll be doing
- Building and developing strong relationships with schools and SEND settings
- Recruiting and interviewing high-quality SEND candidates
- Managing your own candidate and client relationships
- Matching candidates to the right roles and opportunities
- Developing new business and growing your network
- Working as part of a supportive, ambitious and energetic team
- Making a genuine difference to schools, candidates and the children they support
