Youth Futures Coach – Housing Support for Teens

YMCA Thames Gateway is seeking a dedicated Young Futures Officer to join our housing team in Dartford and support 16 and 17-year-old children in care. The role focuses on guiding young people to map out their future goals and coaching them to achieve those goals within a supportive housing framework.
