Associate Planner – Infra & Major Projects (Hybrid)

Penguin Recruitment in Winchester is seeking a Principal or Associate Planner to join an independent chartered planning consultancy. You will work on infrastructure and major development projects across transport, energy, water, residential and commercial sectors.

The role offers hybrid working, opportunity to progress to chartership (MRTPI advantageous), 3-4 years’ experience, and a strong knowledge of the UK planning system within a supportive, client-focused environment.
