Factory Customer Service & Operations Associate

Mason’s Meats in Crowborough is seeking an onsite role to own day-to-day online customer service and assist as a facilities assistant. You will support Production and Logistics teams and ensure the facility runs smoothly while communicating with customers in a clear, human style.

This role requires exceptional written English, calm and direct communication, and a willingness to work hands-on on the factory floor, including goods in and out and basic site tasks.
