Cost Management Lead | Manchester Office

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Manchester is expanding its Cost Management team within Project & Development Services. You will join a growing group of eight in Manchester, supported by our London team and the wider JLL network.

The role requires post-qualified experience in cost management across sectors, with MRICS preferred. You will lead feasibility studies, cost plans, risk reviews and post-contract duties while driving client relationships and internal BD initiatives.
