Facilities Manager (1-Year FTC) – Manchester Portfolio

Ardan Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial property consultancy to hire a Building Manager for three Manchester City Centre offices totaling ~220,000 sq ft. This 1-year fixed-term contract starts immediately.

You will be the main contact for occupiers, contractors and the client, ensuring high standards of H&S, compliance and service. Applicants should have proven facilities management experience, strong health & safety knowledge, and IOSH certification; IWFM desirable.
