Retail Operations Lead – School & Café Outlets

Repton School is seeking a Deputy Retail Operations Manager to support the Retail Operations Manager in delivering and running the school’s retail outlets, including coffee shops and the School shop. The role involves leading retail teams to ensure a high standard of customer experience across all locations.

The role focuses mainly on the Senior School while covering both senior and prep sites, and may include other Repton Enterprise duties as required.
