Global Customer Operations Specialist

Biamp, based in Brighton, is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst to support the UK and Europe, handling orders from receipt to delivery. You will process orders in the ERP system, manage customer inquiries via ticketing, and act as a key contact for information and support.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer operations or order management, strong English communication, and proficient MS Office/ERP usage. The role is on-site at the Brighton office within an international team.
