Marine Insurance Operations Specialist – London (Hybrid)

Mazu Recruitment is seeking a Marine Insurance Technician for a growing international marine insurance broker based in central London. The role supports the broking team with back-office operations across Hull & Machinery, Cargo, and P&I, handling policy documentation, renewals, and premium accounting.

We expect at least 5 years in Lloyd’s/London markets, strong marine line knowledge, and hands-on use of PPL, Whitespace, and Xchanging.
