SEND Support & Learning Progress Assistant

George Spencer Academy’s Learning and Inclusion centre seeks a dedicated Learning and Progress Assistant to support students with SEND through individualised interventions and whole-class work, helping them progress academically and socially.

The role involves assisting learning in liaison with the class teacher, managing classroom behaviour, supporting welfare, and contributing to the school’s ethos; some tasks occur on an annual cycle, with early application encouraged.
