Retail Operations Lead – School Shops & Cafes

Repton School is seeking a Deputy Retail Operations Manager to support the Retail Operations Manager in delivering and running the school’s retail outlets, including coffee shops and the School shop. You will lead retail teams to deliver excellent customer experiences across the Senior and Prep sites.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, planning staff rotas, and ensuring health and safety compliance, with a focus on the Senior School and broader Repton Enterprise duties.
