Charity Operations Lead: IT, HR & Compliance

One Ummah, based in Birmingham with offices in Middlesbrough and London, seeks an Operations Manager to lead the operations function across IT, HR and facilities. This full-time role reports to senior leadership and manages dedicated leads for Compliance, IT and Islamic Compliance.

You will oversee budgeting, risk registers and cross-departmental projects, ensuring regulatory alignment with UK charity rules and Islamic principles while supporting the organisation’s international relief mission.
